Structural Improvement

Exterior Paint

Area to be painted: (Include sketch, if needed, of area to be painted with the hardcopy confirmation form.)

Colors to be used and where: (Include color swatch samples with the hardcopy confirmation form for any change.)

Fencing

Fence Description: (Include plot plan with the hardcopy confirmation form showing location of fence, height and material to be used. Note: All fencing installed must comply with current height and materials guidelines.)

Instructions will be included for any required additional information (e.g. skecthes, diagrams, color swatches, etc. as oultined above) to be submitted the ARC to consider all respective requests.
