Policy Resolution No. 02-02:
Use of Trash Receptacles and Recycle Bins

WHEREAS, Article VII, Section l(a) of the Bylaws empowers the Board of Directors to adopt and publish rules and regulations for the Association governing the sue of the Common Area and facilities, and personal conduct of the members and their guests thereon, and to establish penalties for the infraction thereof; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors wishes to enact rules and regulations to ensure the aesthetic appearance and harmony of the Association for the residents and the property by creating rules and regulation on the placement and pick up of recycling and trash receptacles.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

I. ROUTINE COLLECTIONS

1. Owners and residents must place all trash only in standard trash receptacles provided by the Association's waste management company, or other comparable trash receptacles.
2. All trash receptacle and recycle bins must be stored in the rear of the unit.
3. Owners and residents must place all recyclables only in recycle bins.
4. Owners and residents shall place all trash receptacles and recycle bins at the curb the night before or morning of the day when the Association's waste management company picks up the trash.
5. Owners and residents must remove all trash receptacles and recycle bins from the curb and return them to the rear of the Unit by 12:00 midnight the same day of trash pick-up.
